My professional rate is $160 per hour, which translates into the following basic fee schedule (I offer a 20% discount to senior citizens - 65 years and older):

Initial Comprehensive Visit 1 hr 15 min $200
Educational Consultation 45 min - 1 hr $120 - $160
Follow-up and Acute Care Visits 30 min $80

Fees above do NOT include the cost of the supplements, remedies and labs prescribed/recommended to you as a part of your treatment plan. Some supplements/remedies may be purchased in a health food store; others will be given to you during the visit. You are responsible for the cost of all supplements, remedies and labs.

PAYMENTS
You are asked to pay in full at the end of each visit. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, as well as cash and personal checks.

INSURANCE
I do NOT accept/bill health care insurance on behalf of my patients. At the end of each visit you will receive a coded insurance form, which may be submitted to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. It is entirely your responsibility to check your insurance policy.
